Slightly worse than gigabyte Gaming OC 4090s but not as bad as Asus Strix 4090 though the Asus Strix 4090 to be fair was actually better than the Strix horror stories, but still sharper harsher buzzing/whine than the Gaming OC cards and PNY and Zotac. WebDec 5, 2024 · 99% of the time coil whine is actually coming from the PSU. There just aren't that many components (inductors, coils) on a GPU that can generate audible coil whine.
