WebDWD 80.49 Vocational rehabilitation benefits. (1) Purpose. The primary purpose of vocational rehabilitation benefits is to provide a method to restore an injured worker as nearly as possible to the worker's preinjury earning capacity and potential. (2) Eligibility. WebDevelopment (DWD). The WDB is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to provide One-Stop Operator Services and Career Services for Adults, Dislocated Workers, and Youth. Responsibilities are subject to change pursuant to direction from the Governor, the State Workforce Investment Council and DWD.
