WebApr 1, 2011 · On my Sabre I'm building now, I'm using the E-Flite .25-.46 electric retracts. They are fitting in nicely, and I'm just going to use the supplied traditional coiled wire strut. I have added a bit of ply around the foam spar area that surrounds the retract mounting area. The gear they came with some small tires 1.75" for the mains and 1.15" tires for the nose gear. They would like great on my HET f-104. The shafts on the electric set are too large for the FLY FLY oleos.
