If not, we rewrite the IP address ($rd) to that of the gateway and relay the packet. To our script, we also add a few lines of code to handle sequential requests. The usual port is 443, but you can use a different port if you want. Generally, you will also want to add an alias matched to the published hostname. The only natted device is the phone that is behind a firewall (pure nat, no sip alg or anything mangling the packets). A more aggressive nat detection actually fixed my "Via" issue. The Via now contain a proper public address. Thank you.

With minor tweaks for "Debian Buster" I have installed all components, services starts with no error, I created few subscribers from opensipscp, under alias I added DID number pointing username of sip device, under routing added dr_gateway with type 1 and added ip address of DID provider trunk. Inbound calls are fine.
WebYour opensips script does not do Record-Routing, so the sequential requests (in-dialog requests, like ACK) will not go through opensips, but rather directly between UAC and UAS, based on the Contact IPs. Check on the UAC side, where the ACK request is send to.
