WebAlso, I think the conversion to 4.0 scale at the back of the transcript is very unfair. How is a 1.25 just a 3.6 when it is equivalent to 94%? Doesn't make sense at all. Lastly, has anyone used WES to convert their transcript to the US/Canada equivalency? I don't mean just the internet tool but the actual certification process which costs 250 USD.
