Farmers will be able to apply for grants of between £25,000 - £250,000 towards the cost of building, replacing or expanding slurry storage to achieve six months capacity. WebbThe investment to create these new slurry stores is expensive and so any grant aid will be welcome for those wishing to upgrade their systems. It is understood the proposed grant will cover up to 50% of the costs and awards will range from £25,000 to £250,000 and thus securing such funding will be important.
